Hello and welcome to my Indian version of the North African and Middle Eastern Shakshuka. According to what I understand, Shakshuka means "all mixed up". A delightful Mexican play on a Middle Eastern favourite, with a touch of Zhug, that Yemeni hot sauce. You can cook Fusion shakshuka using 20 ingredients and 10 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
Ingredients of Fusion shakshuka

Start the day on a lighter note with this satisfying shakshuka, a wonderful pan full of tomatoes, pepper, spinach and eggs. Shakshuka is a breakfast of eggs poached in tomato sauce common in Israel.
