- You need 400 gms of maida.

- First mix warm milk,sugar and yeast and rest it for 10min..
- In another bowl mix maida and salt nicely..
- Now mix dry ingredients with yeast mixture using butter..
- Knead it for 8-10 mintues till it becomes smooth..
- Now grease the bowl and grease the dough, cling wrap it and keep it for 45 mintues..
- After 45 min make balls from.the dough and keep it on tray and rest again for 30min..
- After 30min bake them at 220°c for 20-25 min..
- Once they baked them out and if they are hard from upper side, brush some ghee and cover with wet cloth for sometime..
- They are ready and you can have burgers..
